In the meanwhile, neither rust nor discolor is accepted.Without Fe residue, the nonmetallic abrasive doesnot rust or discolor the surface, but its high breakage and dust cause heavy pollution which runs counter to environmental protection requirements. Steel grit made by steel shot can achieve requested roughness, but the residual Fe will cause rust and discoloration on the surface and affect the coating quality .
Stainless steel cut wire cannot meet the roughness request as it rounds during operation.
