Feature

TAA high efficiency shot blaster has the following characteristics:

1.Plug in Blade: no fixing device is needed, the blade is directly hung on the disc impeller, without any auxiliary fixing device such as bolts or tablet pressing, so the blade replacement is very convenient.
 

2.Large size maintenance door: the impeller can be taken out from one side of the throwing head for maintenance without dismantling the motor.
 

3.High strength tool steel: the material of vulnerable parts is (hardness 62 - 64 HRC) high strength tool steel with long service life
 

4.Fully machined parts: impeller, sub shot wheel, directional sleeve and all other rotating parts are machined, which can ensure operation balance and small vibration
 

5.Manganese steel shell: the shell of shot blaster is made of rolled manganese steel with strong structure and long service life
 

6.Forward and reverse rotation: because of its symmetrical impeller, it can be used in clockwise direction, or it can be rotated counterclockwise by changing the torsional direction of the driving unit
 

7.It can be equipped with different power motors: it is easy to replace different power motors by replacing the middle connecting flange
 

8.One person can maintain: the replacement of vulnerable parts and blades can be completed by one person (no need for a second person)
9.The latest design of the sealing curtain: between the center of the impeller and the drive unit is a completely improved labyrinth seal to avoid abrasive penetration into the motor
